WebHumanResource (WebHR) Modules
WebHR is state-of-the-art Web Based Human Resource Management System that caters the need of any small and medium organization efficiently. The system is divided amongst the following modules (each module is defined in detail):
Home is the first screen that user sees when he/she logs into the system. This module provies general as well as the most relevant information about the organization to the user. This section works more like a dashboard of an application.
This module deals with managing the basic configuration of the organization, information provided here assists in operating the entire HRM System.
Recruitment module in WebHR deals with the processes involved in recruiting new employees in the organization. Recruitment, by definition is the process of searching for prospective employees and stimulating and encouraging them to apply for jobs in an organization. Thus, recruitment enables the organization to select suitable employees for different jobs.
Recruitment is one of the most important functions of the personnel department, which is concerned with the discovery of the sources of manpower and tapping of these sources so that the potential employees are properly evaluated and the new employees are placed and inducted to fill up the vacant positions. Recruitment aims at developing and maintaining adequate supply of labor force according to the need of the organization.
In Human Resources, one of the most difficult and time consuming tasks involves short-listing of potential candidates for a particular job post. WebHR simplifies this task by short-listing thousands of candidates in just a few seconds, a task that may take months, if done manually.
This module handles all of the tasks associated with the existing employees of the organization. This is the core module of the system, it can be termed as the heart of the system, where majority of the HR tasks are performed.
HRMS allow organizations to automate many aspects of human resource management, with the dual benefits of reducing the workload of the HR department as well as increasing the efficiency of the department by standardizing HR processes. This module makes sure that every employee in the organization is handled effectively and efficiently as per the policies and processes of the organization, set by the Human Resource department.
Managing employees' payroll has always been one of the most difficult and time consuming tasks for Human Resources department. Payroll is defined as the total amount of money paid by a business to its employees over a set amount of time. Payroll can be confusing at times, that's why most organizations prefer it handled by a single individual rather than having multiple people work on it. Payroll, if done wrong can lead to many audit, finance and accounts related problems.
WebHR handles payroll proficiently by integrating it with other HR modules. You don't need to be an expert with any certification such as ACCA UK to be able to use the WebHR management system to help integrate and manage your company's payroll. The integration makes sure that the payroll for each employee is calculated according to the organization's policies (such as un-announced leaves deductions, late attendance deductions, etc).
Training module handles employees' trainings and the training events organized by your organization.
WebHR contains a very detailed and extensive reporting module to provide ideal output for each input in the system.
Reports in WebHR can be exported in multiple different formats, which includes: PDF, HTML, MS EXCEL, etc. Exported reports can be used in multiple different ways, for example, an HTML report can directly be integrated in the organization's website. A PDF file can be emailed to a stake holder. An excel sheet can be shared with other departments, or it can also be used as a bridge to export data into another software. Each report in WebHR can also be emailed directly to a recipient's email address. This feature not only allows for sharing useful piece of information with relevant stake-holders but also gives an ability to save a certain reports in one's email for future use.
